'Wish list' for DIPC

	- kernel:

	* separate arch-dependent (mm, page protection macros) code from 
	  dipc core routines (partly done)

	* fix find_process_by_mm() for threading applications, or better find 
	  another way to find all processes associated with a shared memory
	  segment


	- dipcd:

	* run-time selection of data conversion method (startup-time selection
	  supported now!)

	* run-time automatic voting of data conversion method

	* run-time reconfiguration of cluster parameters

	* fix dipcd's use of UPD datagrams (flow control and fragmentation
	  not implemented)
