WS_POPmail is a Windows Post Office Protocol (POP) client
for windows version 3.1+ and Windows 95. To use WS_POPmail,
you will need a network connection and a Winsock network
driver.

poparc.exe is a self-extracting archive containing the latest
release version (version 1.06).
