Welcome to the official Pegasus Mail FTP site at pegasus.topnz.ac.nz.

In this directory you will find the file 0pmail-addons.txt.  It contains 
information about additional software that you can use with the programs
in the Pegasus Mail System.

Problems with this FTP site or the files in it should be referred to
tech-support@pmail.gen.nz.


The various subdirectories here should be largely self-explanatory.  They
contain only the current *released* versions.  Beta versions are not held
in this directory tree.

WinPMail   - The current version of Pegasus Mail for Windows, as well as
             NDS enabler modules and a larger US English dictionary than
             the one supplied with Pegasus Mail.  Further subdirectories
             contain language translation modules, older versions of 
             Pegasus Mail for Windows, and (one day) some encryption and
             third-party utilities.

Dos        - The current version of Pegasus Mail for MS-DOS.  Further
             subdirectories contain older versions and language
             translation modules.

Mac        - The current version of Pegasus Mail for Macintosh.  Older
             versions are also available.

Mercury32  - The current version of the Mercury Mail Transport System for
             Win32 systems.

MercuryNLM - The current NLM version of the Mercury Mail Transport System
             for NetWare file servers.

isp        - The Network Administrators' Kit for Pegasus Mail for Windows.
             This kit allows network administrators and Internet Service
             Providers to distribute pre-configured copies of Pegasus Mail
             for Windows.

misc       - A collection of (mainly third-party) utilities related to
             the Pegasus Mail System.

other      - Other software by the author of Pegasus Mail, and some files
             that don't seem to fit anywhere else.
